Meet Nate

Founder

I am based in Colorado Springs, Colorado, and focused on acquiring existing self-storage facilities and established small businesses where better ownership can make things stronger for customers, employees, owners, and communities.

Steward Holdings is the company I am growing for the long haul. It brings together stewardship, family, faith, problem solving, and the desire to create more freedom to serve others well.

My background has shaped the way I look at properties and businesses. I notice lighting, access, habits, visibility, customer flow, employee experience, and the small details that show whether something is being cared for.

Steward Holdings is still early, but I am not dabbling. I am studying real deals, talking with owners, and willing to make offers when the numbers and the people side both line up.

Built through reps

Serious about learning how good businesses work.

Steward Holdings is early, but I am not new to studying deals, serving customers, managing assets, or learning how useful businesses create value.

Self Storage Income Inner Circle

Industry-specific learning around self-storage deal analysis, operations, underwriting, and the value-add playbook.

Rainmaker Academy

Business acquisition training focused on owner outreach, deal evaluation, search discipline, and the acquisition process.

Turo hosting

Experience with asset management, pricing, maintenance, customer expectations, and responsiveness.

Amazon sales

Experience with online demand, product positioning, pricing, fulfillment, and customer feedback.

Deal experience

Learning through real opportunities.

I want to be honest about where Steward Holdings is today while also showing the kind of deals I am prepared to review.

Recent deal reps

I have partnered on a $200k multi-house flip in South Carolina, pursued a self-storage facility in the Denver-metro area, negotiated on a Colorado Springs roll-off dumpster company, and evaluated an inn on a wharf in Maine. Those reps have made me sharper about markets, financing, operations, and owner transitions.

Curious

I like understanding how a facility or business works before deciding what needs to change.

Practical

The best improvements are often simple, visible, and consistently executed.

Long-Term

I want to own and operate in a way that people are glad to be connected to years from now.
